Bye Taiwan!

After running around Hong Kong and Taiwan for a little under than 2 weeks, our holiday was finally coming to an end. Albeit not a very "good" ending to our trip, but we did manage to see a lot in both places.

The medicine I bought from the pharmacy next to hotel worked like magic because after eating the pills for one and a half days, I was feeling MUCH better. In fact, I think we could've stayed for that extra day, but we had paid the extra fee to change our booking, so we had to leave nonetheless. #ohtheirony Therefore, after packing the remainder of our daily essentials in our luggage, we made our way to Taoyuan International Airport (桃園國際機場) at 11:00am where we had a quick lunch and our last pearl milk tea (珍珠奶茶) for the trip at Hanlin Tea House (翰林茶館).





Our flight from Taipei to Hong Kong was at 2:00pm. Once we got to Hong Kong at around 4:00pm, we then had to wait another 3 hours before flying back Sydney at 7:00pm.





Although Shirley and I did have our moments and argued over minor issues, we had an absolutely wonderful time in Taiwan. It was no doubt very disappointing that we couldn't see everything that we wanted to see and eat, but we had a great time overall and very much enjoyed what we had done. Unlike Hong Kong, the people were so friendly and the customer service was amazing. I can't wait to go back again! #下次一定要環島
